Managing the internal onboarding process for the Customer Success department (Which was later adopted for the entire department.) Responsible for the Implementation OKRs to achieve more process efficiency (target achievement 95%). In this role, I was fully responsible for the digitization of HR processes of SMEs (1-1000 employees). My main responsibilities and achievements were: Successfully digitised the HR processes of 100 SMEs companies. Strategic pre- and post-Go-Live support Conception and conduction of customer workshops.
